Kinder Service Plan Customers — Important Update
Kinder Heating & Air is now part of the NWA Cooling & Heating family. We want to make this transition simple and transparent, with as little disruption as possible. Below is exactly how your existing service plan will be handled and what (if anything) will change.
How Your Current Service Plan Will Transition
If you are on monthly payments
Beginning February, we will begin transitioning monthly service plan customers to our NWA Cooling & Heating service plan structure. Your coverage and the level of service will remain very similar during this process.
If you are on annual payments
We will enter your service plan into our system to track service and maintenance. You will transition to our service plan structure when your existing plan expires and renews.
What’s Staying the Same
- Pricing is very similar
- The maintenance service performed is very similar
- You can continue calling the same phone number you’ve used for years
What Will Be Different
- Monthly billing preferred
We prefer monthly payments because it’s much easier to manage for everyone. - Better repair discount
Our service plans include a 15% discount on repairs (instead of 10%). - Scheduling approach
We typically schedule maintenance as a heating tune-up and a cooling tune-up, rather than strictly “spring” or “fall.” We still try to complete most tune-ups during slower seasons whenever possible. - Point of contact
Tiffany in our office handles most service plan communication and scheduling. You can still call the same number you’ve always used, but email correspondence will come from NWA Cooling & Heating. - Customer portals
We do have customer portals. As service is provided, you may receive a text or email with instructions to access your portal for scheduling, service reports, and renewals.
