Current Career Opportunities

Service Technician
Immediate Opening
This is an experienced level position. 5+ years of experience would be typical but an exceptional candidate with 2 years may also be eligible. Job duties will include (but not limited to): performing residential and commercial HVAC service, commercial refrigeration, and preventive maintenance. You would be expected to provide your own hand tools, refrigerant gauges, electrical meter and cordless tools. We provide other tools.

Other requirements:

  • Valid drivers license
  • EPA Type II or Universal
  • Must pass background check (violent or habitual offenders not eligible)
  • Good personality
  • Willingness to learn
  • A strong desire to continually improve

Pay & Benefits:

  • Base + incentives. Pay range could be from $75,000 to $150,000 depending on your productivity. Average range is $90,000 to $110,000.

Maintenance Technician
Taking applications for future growth

This is an entry level service position. Great for someone coming out of trade school or an installer that wants to switch to a service career. Job duties will include (but not limited to): replacing parts behind service technicians, performing routine residential and commercial maintenance, basic warranty service, and assisting service technicians when help is needed.
What tools are needed: We expect you to have basic hand tools, refrigerant gauges, electrical meter and cordless tools. We will assist you in purchasing new tools with payroll deduction.

Lead Installation Technician
Immediate Opening

This is an senior level installation position. Job duties will include (but not limited to): performing all duties to install residential and light commercial HVAC. These include being able to modify duct, brazing, electrical, and refrigerant charging. In addition you may also be performing routine residential and commercial maintenance, basic warranty service (within the first 30 days of installation), and duct cleaning.
What tools are needed: We expect you to have basic hand tools, refrigerant gauges, electrical meter and cordless tools. We will assist you in purchasing new tools with payroll deduction.

Installation Helper

Immediate Opening

This is an entry level installation position. Job duties: assist the lead installer with HVAC installation and replacement. No experience is required and training will be a combination of in house and on the job. Job skills: installation of duct, brazing, minor electrical, refrigerant charging. We don’t expect you to know these at first, but we do expect you to learn them.

Tools Required: None at start, you will eventually need your own cordless and hand tools.
