Kinder Heating & Air is transitioning service operations to NWA Cooling & Heating. Our priority is simple: take care of you with no disruption.
1) Brief Message on the Transition
Kinder customers will continue to receive reliable heating and air conditioning service—now supported by the team at NWA Cooling & Heating. This transition is designed to improve scheduling, support, and long-term service capacity, while keeping the same commitment to quality you expect.
If you’re due for maintenance, have an active service plan, or need repairs, you can schedule service the same way you normally would.
2) How It Will Affect You
- Scheduling & service requests: You’ll be handled by NWA Cooling & Heating’s dispatch and support team.
- Technicians & workmanship: Your service will be completed by trained HVAC professionals following best practices and code requirements.
- Records & history: We’ll work to keep your system history and prior notes connected to your address so future visits are smooth.
- Billing & payments: Invoices and receipts may reflect NWA Cooling & Heating while your service continues without interruption.
Call us and we’ll get you taken care of—whether it’s an emergency, a repair estimate, or routine maintenance.
3) Service Plan Customers
If you have a Kinder service plan, you are still covered. Our goal is to honor the intent of your plan and keep you on schedule.
What stays the same
- Planned maintenance visits (spring/fall schedules)
- Priority service options (where applicable)
- Maintenance documentation and recommendations
What may change
- Your plan communications (texts/emails/invoices) may come from NWA Cooling & Heating.
- Plan terms may be clarified at your next visit so everything is documented correctly going forward.
